  • Can covid restrictions affect my delivery?
    • Our inventory has been stocked and is ready to deliver. There shouldn't be any issues with regard to delivery at least in the UAE.
    • However, postal and delivery services have seen a slight delay to the lack of staff and delivery can be delayed because of the same. We do not foresee a delay of great proportions regardless. In the case of any delay, you will be informed by email along with an updated status of your package.

  • How will my order be delivered?
    • Kulture House Dubai delivers orders through the DHL courier throughout the UAE.
      You will receive an email from the team once the order has been dispatched along with a text message from DHL when the delivery is en route.
    • You can track your package using the parcel tracking number at this link:
      https://www.dhl.com/ae-en/home.html
    • Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.
      All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
    • Your street address and local phone number are required to fulfil the delivery.

  • Is it possible to track the delivery of my product?
    • Our courier partner, DHL will be delivering all the packages. Hence, all the orders can be tracked. An email notification will be sent out from our end once the order is shipped out along with a text message from DHL specifying your parcel tracking number.<
    • In addition, customers can check their recent orders on ‘My Account’ to view their package status and items in the cart.

  • Can I collect my order?
    • Absolutely. We’d love for you to visit our cafe while you’re at it. Who knows, maybe something more may just catch your eye!
