Since you have made the purchase online (www.kulturehousedubai.com), please reply to your order confirmation email stating that you’d like to return the product.
Your purchase amount will be credited to your original mode of payment, once the purchased product has been returned. It will take 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card.
Kindly respond to the order notification email to initiate this process within 24 hours of receiving the product or contact us to let us know that you wish to return the product.
We will only accept the return of products that have been damaged in shipping, not been tampered with and remain in their original packaging.
Please note, if the package has been used, we will not accept their returns or accommodate refunds or exchange requests, faulty/defective/wrong merchandise excluded.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned packages if the product has been used or tampered with. Handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If all these conditions are met, please courier the package back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or we can send you a new package.
- You can cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing the order; refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used by you.
- Kindly allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Any extra charges incurred by Kulture House Dubai as a result of the cancellation process will be charged to the client.
